These verses criticize the followers of sects, those who claim the existence of abrogation in the Quran, and those who ignore the entire context of the Quran when trying to understand a particular Quran statement or term. See 2:106.
*Note-2
This is apparently a reference to the followers of the Bible, who "believe in some parts of the divine writ and deny the truth of other parts" (cf. 2:85)-i.e., who act in accordance with those principles of the Bible which suit their inclinations and the prevailing social trends, and disregard the others, thus denying, by implication, their validity.

🔴10:37 This Qur’an could not possibly have been devised by anyone except God. Nay, it is a confirmation of the (truth in) the earlier revelations, and a clear exposition of the Eternal law. Without any trace of doubt, this Book is from the Lord of the Worlds.

While it confirms the surviving truth in the previous revelations, it is a Watcher over them and ignores and, where necessary, corrects the human touch in them. 2:75, 2:78, 2:101, 3:70, 3:78, 3:186, 5:13, 5:41, 6:91, 9:31.

The Quran confirmed this fact as Allah the Almighty Says: “Say: "Allah is Witness between me and you: this Qur'an hath been revealed to me by inspiration That I may warn you and all whom it reaches, [Surah Al-Anam, verse ✔️✔️6:19].
The Almighty described the Quran as a revelation: “It is but a revelation revealed”, [Surah Al-Najm, verse ✔️53:4], 
"Say: "I but follow what is revealed to me from my Lord", [Surah Al-Araf, verse ✔️7:203],
" and Allah Says "I only follow that which is revealed unto me” [Surah Yunus, verse ✔️10:15].
