✔️1)-9:5
9:5 When the four Sacred Months are over, subdue them wherever they come from. Take them captive, and besiege them, and prepare for them ambush. But if they repent from aggression, and help in the consolidation of the Divine System and in setting up the Economic Order of Zakaat, then leave their way free. Surely, God is Forgiving Merciful (so shall you be).3
Note:
This verse applies to idolaters who were committing aggression instead of becoming law abiding citizens or emigrating. The four Sacred Months forbidden for any warfare: From the 12th month, Zil-Hajjahup to the 3rd month,Rabi'ul Awwal 2:193-195, 9:36. Some critics of Islam call this verse as the “Verse of Sword” presenting it out of context. Also, they present it as applicable for all times while it refers only to the aggressors against the Prophet and his companions in Makkah. 9:28 O You who have chosen to be graced with belief! The idolaters are polluted (with false beliefs) and so they shall not approach the Sacred Masjid from this year onward. If you fear poverty, then in time God will enrich you with His bounty according to His laws. Certainly, God is Knower, Wise.

See 9:18 for administration of the Masjid. Also, note that God invites all mankind, not Muslims alone, to the Pilgrimage of the Sacred House. 3:97, 22:27.

একমাত্ৰ তেওঁলোকেই আল্লাহৰ মছজিদসমূহৰ তত্বাৱধায়ন লব, যিসকলে ঈমান আনিছে আল্লাহৰ প্ৰতি আৰু শেষ দিৱসৰ প্ৰতি, ছালাত কায়েম কৰে আৰু যাকাত প্ৰদান কৰে লগতে আল্লাহৰ বাহিৰে আন কাকো ভয় নকৰে। এতেকে আশা কৰা যায় যে, তেওঁলোকেই হ’ব সৎপথ প্ৰাপ্তসকলৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত।

তাত বহুতো সুস্পষ্ট নিদৰ্শন আছে, যেনে মাকামে ইব্ৰাহীম; যিয়ে তাত প্ৰৱেশ কৰিব সি নিৰাপদ; আৰু মানুহৰ মাজত তাত যাবলৈ যাৰ সামৰ্থ আছে, আল্লাহৰ উদ্দেশ্যে সেই ঘৰৰ হজ্জ কৰা তাৰ বাবে অৱশ্য কৰ্তব্য; আৰু যিয়ে কুফৰী কৰিব সি জানি থোৱা উচিত, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সৃষ্টিজগতৰ মুখাপেক্ষী নহয়।

‘আৰু মানুহৰ মাজত হজ্জৰ বাবে ঘোষণা কৰি দিয়া, তেওঁলোকে তোমাৰ ওচৰত আহিব খোজকাঢ়ি আৰু সকলো ধৰণৰ উটৰ পিঠিত আৰোহণ কৰি, তেওঁলোক আহিব দূৰ-দূৰণিৰ পথ অতিক্ৰম কৰি;

👁️‍🗨️Keep Contact With God Even During War.

4:101 When you go forth on an expedition or travel, there is no blame on you in shortening your Salaat congregations if you fear that the disbelievers may attack you. The disbelievers are your ardent enemies. See 2:239, 2:3.

২:২৩৯

কিন্তু যদি তোমালোকে বিপদ আশংকা কৰা, তেন্তে খোজকঢ়া অথবা আৰোহী অৱস্থাতেই ছালাত আদায় কৰিবা। তাৰ পিছত যেতিয়া তোমালোকে নিৰাপদ বোধ কৰিবা তেতিয়া আল্লাহক স্মৰণ কৰিবা, যেনেকৈ তেওঁ তোমালোকক শিক্ষা দিছে, যিটো তোমালোকে জনা নাছিলা।

যিসকলে গায়েবৰ প্ৰতি ঈমান পোষণ কৰে, ছালাত কায়েম কৰে আৰু আমি তেওঁলোকক যি প্ৰদান কৰিছোঁ তাৰ পৰা ব্যয় কৰে।

9:123 O you who have attained to faith! Fight against those deniers of the truth who are near you, and let them find you adamant ;163 and know that .God is with those who are conscious of Him.

👁️‍🗨️Note.

I.e., uncompromising with regard to ethical principles. For the general circumstances in which war is permitted, see 2:190, 22:39, 60:8. 

The reference to "those deniers of the truth who are near you" arise from the fact that only "those who are near" can be dangerous in a physical sense or, alternatively, that - having come from afar- they have already approached the Muslim country with an aggressive intent.

আৰু যিসকলে তোমালোকৰ বিৰুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ কৰে, তোমালোকেও আল্লাহৰ পথত সিহঁতৰ বিৰুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ কৰা; কিন্তু সীমালংঘন নকৰিবা। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সীমালংঘনকাৰী সকলক ভাল নাপায়।

যুদ্ধৰ অনুমতি দিয়া হ’ল তেওঁলোকক যিসকলে আক্ৰান্ত হৈছে, কাৰণ তেওঁলোকক নিৰ্যাতন কৰা হৈছে। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহে তেওঁলোকক সহায় কৰিবলৈ সম্যক সক্ষম;

দ্বীনৰ বিষয়ে যিসকলে তোমালোকৰ বিৰুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ কৰা নাই আৰু তোমালোকক স্বদেশৰ পৰা বহিষ্কাৰো কৰা নাই, সিহঁতৰ প্ৰতি মহানুভৱতা দেখুৱাবলৈ আৰু ন্যায়বিচাৰ কৰিবলৈ আল্লাহে তোমালোকক নিষেধ নকৰে। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ন্যায়পৰায়ণসকলক ভালপায়।
