According to the book of God Al-Qur'an, the wealth earned must be spent in the sectors:

 Allah says about this, they ask you where will they spend their wealth?  Say, the wealth you will spend,

✔️It is for parents, relatives, orphans, poor and travelers.  And whatever good deeds you do, Allah is well-acquainted with them.  (2:215)

 ✔️And with the love of Allah, he will give wealth to his relatives, orphans, poor, wayfarers, helpers and slaves.  (2:177)

 ✔️And know that one-fifth of what you have earned is for Allah, His Messenger, his relatives, the orphans, the poor and the wayfarer, if you believe in Allah. (8:41)

✔️Sadaqah is only for the poor, the needy, and the workers engaged in the work of collecting charity, for those whose hearts are to be attracted, for the freeing of slaves, for those burdened with debt, for the way of Allah and for the wayfarers.  It is ordained by Allah.  And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. (9:60)

Whatever Allah has given to His Messenger from the inhabitants of these towns belongs to Allah, His Messenger, his relatives and the orphans, the needy and the wayfarer so that wealth does not circulate among the wealthy among you.  So accept what the Messenger gives you and refrain from what he forbids you.  Fear Allah, Allah is severe in punishment.  (59:7) (2:195) (51:19) (70:24,25) (69:34) (74:34)

 Surely I have created man in distress.  Does he think that no one has power over him?  He says I have wasted a lot of wealth.  Does he think that no one has seen him?  Did I not give him two eyes?  And a tongue and two lips?  And I showed him two paths (of sin and virtue).  But he did not enter the path of the friend.  And do you know what the friend's pass is?  That is the emancipation of slaves.  or giving food in times of famine, to orphaned relatives or to the poverty-stricken destitute.  Then he becomes of those who believe.  And advised each other to be patient and kind to the South.  They are the fortunate ones. And those who reject My verses (God's commandments) are the unfortunate ones.  Blocking fire will engulf them.  (90:4-20).

আল্লাহর কিতাব আল কুরান অনুযায়ী যে সকল খাতে উপার্জিত ধন সম্পদ ব্যয় করতে হবে!

এ সম্পর্কে আল্লাহ বলেন, তারা তোমাকে জিজ্ঞাসা করে যে,তারা সম্পদ কোথায় ব্যয় করবে?  বল, তোমরা যে সম্পদ ব্যয় করবে, 

তা ✔️পিতা-মাতা, ✔️আত্মীয়স্বজন, ✔️ইয়াতীম, ✔️মিসকীন ও ✔️মুসাফিরদের জন্য। আর যে কোন ভাল কাজ তোমরা কর, নিশ্চয় সে ব্যাপারে আল্লাহ সুপরিজ্ঞাত। (২:২১৫) 

আর আল্লাহর ভালবাসায় সম্পদ দান করবে আত্মীয়-স্বজন, ইয়াতীম,মিসকীন, পথচারী, ✔️সাহার্য্যপ্রার্থী ও ✔️দাসমুক্তির জন্য। (২:১৭৭) 

আর তোমরা জেনে রাখ, তোমরা যে সম্পদ অর্জন করেছ, তার ✔️এক-পঞ্চমাংশ আল্লাহ তাঁর রাসূলের, ✔️রাসূলের নিকট আত্মীয়, ইয়াতীম, মিসকীন এবং পথচারীদের জন্য,যদি তোমরা আল্লাহতে বিশ্বাসী হও।(৮:৪১) 

✔️✔️সদকা তো শুধু ✔️ফকীর, মিসকীন ও ✔️সদাকা আদায়ের কাজে নিযুক্ত কর্মচারীদের জন্য, যাদের অন্তর আকৃষ্ট করতে হয় তাদের জন্য, ✔️দাসমুক্তিতে, ✔️ঋণ ভারাক্রান্তদের জন্য, আল্লাহর পথে ও পথচারীদের জন্য। এটা আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে নির্ধারিত। আর আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, প্রজ্ঞাময়।(৯:৬০) 

আল্লাহ এই জনপদবাসীদের নিকট হতে তার রাসূলকে যা কিছু দিয়েছেন তা আল্লাহর, তার রাসূলের, রাসূলের স্বজনগণের এবং ইয়াতীমদের, ✔️অভাবগ্রস্ত ও পথচারীদের যাতে তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা বিত্তবান শুধু তাদের মধ্যেই ধনসম্পদ আবর্তন না করে। অতএব রাসূল তোমাদেরকে যা দেয় তা তোমরা গ্রহণ কর এবং যা হতে তোমাদেরকে নিষেধ করে তা হতে বিরত থাক। তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় কর, আল্লাহ শাস্তি দানে কঠোর। (৫৯:৭) (২:১৯৫) (৫১:১৯) (৭০:২৪,২৫) (৬৯:৩৪)(৭৪:৩৪) 

অবশ্যই আমি মানুষকে সৃষ্টি করেছি কষ্ট ক্লেশের মধ্যে। সে কি মনে করে যে তার উপর কেউ ক্ষমতাবান নেই? সে বলে যে, আমি প্রচুর ধন-সম্পদ উড়িয়েছি। সে কি মনে করে যে তাকে কেউ দেখেনি? আমি কি তাকে দুটো চোখ দিইনি? আর একটি জিহবা ও দুটি ঠোঁট? আর আমি তাকে (পাপ ও পুণ্যের) দুটো পথ দেখিয়েছি। কিন্তু সে তো বন্ধুর গিরিপথে প্রবেশ করেনি। আর তুমি কি জান,বন্ধুর গিরিপথটি কি? তা হচ্ছে দাস মুক্তকরণ।  অথবা খাদ্য দান করা দুর্ভিক্ষের দিনে, ইয়াতীম আত্মীয়-স্বজনকে অথবা দারিদ্র-নিষ্পেষিত নিঃস্বকে। অতঃপর সে তাদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে যায়, যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেছে। এবং পরস্পরকে উপদেশ দিয়েছে ধৈর্য ধারণের ও দয়া দাক্ষিণ্যের। তারাই সৌভাগ্যবান।আর যারা আমার আয়াতসমূহকে(আল্লাহর আদেশ-নির্দেশসমূহকে) অস্বীকার করেছে তারাই দুর্ভাগা। তাদেরকে আচ্ছন্ন করবে অবরুদ্ধকারী আগুন।  (৯০:৪-২০).
